Nerdy Mates cooperates with freelancers who transfer their rights on the papers, essays, presentations, and other products to the customers upon completion. Please make sure to peruse the terms stated on the How It Works page prior to submitting an order request.
Use of the Product
By using our service, you acknowledge that the final product you received from the company is for personal, non-commercial use only and cannot be distributed, edited, or published on third-party websites. Nerdy Mates create the product as a sample or model, so customers cannot put their names on the delivered product. Any unauthorized use of the product delivered by Nerdy Mates may result in legal penalties. Neither the company nor its partners will be held liable for any illegal, unethical, or otherwise wrongful use of the product and its consequences, such as poor grading, suspension, loss of funding/scholarship, academic probation.
Copyright & Personal Use
All papers delivered by our company are written by professional freelance writers who transfer the rights on the product to the customer upon product delivery, which means that the customer who ordered and purchased the paper is the sole owner of the material and can use it for their own purposes (that do not include commercial use). However, customers lose their right on the product if they request and receive a refund on the paper. In this case, all the rights are transferred to Nerdy Mates, and the paper can be published on the website as a sample for public access.
Refunds
All Nerdy Mates products are refundable, and we have a money-back guarantee for all our customers. To receive a refund, a customer has to present strong evidence of misalignment between the initial instructions and the final product or other error on the agency end. Plagiarismfree Product

The maximum amount of plagiarism expected can be 10% of the entire text (this doesn’t include references and citations). - upon choosing the Plagiarism checker feature initially - it will be already included for all future edits of your paper which can be done due to our Revision Policy.
- while placing an order for the Editing option and choosing Plagiarism checker option - we are forced to check the originally uploaded paper by the customer to prevent any misunderstandings in the future;
Requests are accepted either within 14 days of delivery for papers that are less than 30 pages long or within 30 days of delivery for papers that exceed 30 pages.

The service gets terminated if the customer cancels the payment at any time. All fees are displayed on the home page of the website, and customers can calculate the total amount prior to requesting a paper and making a purchase.
If a customer chooses to request a refund and receives the refund, then by this action the customer authorizes the company to use their paper as a model and publish it for public access on nerdymates.com. By receiving a refund, customers give up their rights on the product.
Refund

NerdyMates.com will not be held liable for any consequences of your use of this website, including, but not limited to, the following:
