Revision Policy

Nerdy Mates includes multiple revisions as a crucial part of the academic writing process. All final products are proofread and edited prior to being released to the customers. We guarantee the highest possible quality of all our works; however, all customers are eligible to request a revision of their paper/essay/dissertation, etc. if it fails to be compliant with the initial instructions submitted by the customer in the order form. Another possible reason that makes a paper eligible for revisions is a level of plagiarism above 10%.

All requests regarding the final products delivered by Nerdy Mates must be submitted within the established revision period:

For exceptionally long or complex works, like thesis or dissertation, please contact our Customer Support team to discuss the revisions terms. Please note that if a revision request is not submitted within the established revision period, the client, it implies that the client is satisfied with the product and that no further action is required in regards with the document. Any revision requests submitted after the completion of the revision period will be considered new order and will be charged accordingly.

To submit the revision request, please log into you personal account, click on “View” on the order you wish to be updated, and hit the “Submit for Revision” button. You will see a form where you will be asked to include directions for your writer. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team via phone, Live Chat, or email to submit a request.

To sum it up, the following are the requirements for submitting revision request:

• A revision request has to be submitted within the revision period; otherwise, it will require extra charges;
• The revision instructions must not contradict the initial guidelines provided in the order form prior to placing the order. The QA department will review the revision requirements to decide on the validity of the request.
• No changes to the content of the product are allowed prior to submitting a revisions request.
• No other general terms and conditions are violated.
• 48 hours (or less) should be allowed for the revision to be processed.

The company reserves up to 12 hours for revisions if the urgency is 12hours; 24 hours if the urgency is 24 hours; and 48 hours if the urgency exceeds 24 hours.
