  • Customers receive full refund if the order is delivered after the deadline indicated in the order form and is cancelled. In this situation, customers give up all right to use any part of the work received during the order progress. The writer stops working on the order (doesn’t apply to revisions).
  • Customers receive full refund if the company cannot assign a writer to the order.
  • Customers receive full refund in cases when substantial level of plagiarized material (above 10%) is detected in the product. This has to be accompanied by an official plagiarism report.
  • Customers receive full refund if the final product is in a total disagreement with the initial instructions provided in the order form during the order placement process. Such cases are checked by the Quality Assurance Department before the final decision is made.

Please note that if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the paper, you might be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the severity of violation of the initial instructions. QA Department reviews all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and makes a decision on customers’ refund eligibility.

Customers may apply for a refund only within 14 days after the deadline indicated in the order form if their papers are less than 30 pages, and 30 days if the papers are over 30 pages. The QA Department reserves up to 48 hours to make an assessment of the incorrect material and calculate the refund.

IMPORTANT: In case of a dispute, make sure to present strong evidence to support your position and increase the amount of the refund.

Once a customer cancels their order after it had been assigned to a writer, the customer will be asked to provide a draft work delivered by the writer for the evaluation of the scope and releasing a refund. The exact amount of refund is calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the work that has been performed by the Nerdy Mates team. Customers who cancel their orders are eligible to receive an unfinished paper that had been completed prior to the order cancellation.

Our policy is that we do not accept any changes to the initial instructions after the order had been assigned to a writer. Should you need to request a change, you need to contact our Customer Support team and provide details on the changes you would like to make. The company reserves the right to decide whether the requested changes will be applied or not.

It is important to remember that upon receiving a refund for the finished paper, customers give up all rights on this paper, which means that they cannot use it for their personal or academic use and that this paper will be published on our website as one of our samples. As a result, the use of this paper outside of the website will make it fully plagiarized.
