General Order Information

How does this service work?
Nerdy Mates is an online writing company that helps students across the world improve their school performance and guides them by providing sample papers written from scratch. Once a customer places an order by providing details on their assignment and making a payment, the request gets assigned to the most appropriate writer for this task. The writer is required to provide the final paper before the requested deadline. All papers are proofread and edited before being released to customers. Our order placement system was designed to smoothly guide you through the process so that you don’t have any questions or issues when submitting an order request or making a payment. To initiate the process, simply fill out the Order Form or call our Customer Service team to place an order over the phone. Please make sure to provide all details regarding your order as it will substantially affect your order completion date.
We offer two order form. The short order form is located on the homepage and serves to initiate the order process. It requires customers to include basic information such as the number of pages and academic level. Once you click the Continue button, the system will take you to the extended form that allows customers to include details on their requests, such as initial instructions provided by the instructor, preferred sources, a preferred variation of the English language, etc. Please make sure to include as much information as possible to expedite the writing process.
Although our company offers quite affordable prices, we like to treat our returning customers or customers with a large order in a special way with our discounts. Please reference our Pricing Policy or contact the Customer Support team if you would like to learn more about our discount system.
Before the final paper has been submitted, customers can send additional materials to their writer. To submit supporting files, please log in to your personal dashboard to upload the files. They will be shared with the writer as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can submit additional materials via Live Chat or email or call our Customer Support team if you have an urgent request.
Due to having an extended network of professional writers, we have access to numerous libraries that allow us to find resources you request. Our team members do their best to supply you with all necessary materials; however, some of them might be unavailable. If this is the case, we will let you know right away and work together to find a solution to the existing situation.
In order to check the status of your order, please contact our Customer Support team via phone or Live Chat. Alternatively, you could log into your Personal Dashboard on our website and submit your request there. Our Customer Support representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.

Order Completion

Upon completion, all orders are uploaded to customers’ personal accounts. As a reminder, we will also send you an email confirming that your order has been completed. The final product will also be attached to the email.
Per the company’s terms and conditions, all final products are submitted to customers by the due date indicated in the initial instructions. All requests to expedite the process will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged based on several factors, such as a percentage of the completed request, new due date, educational level.
Our writers are completing the orders based on the initial instructions submitted by customers; therefore, all changes will be made in accordance with the company’s Revision Policy. If you wish the policy to be explained to you in greater detail, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team at your earliest convenience.
Proofreading and editing are an essential stage of our order delivery process as each writer requires another pair of eyes to read through their work carefully and make sure the text flows and doesn’t include any inconsistencies. In case you request a paper written from scratch, the proofreading and editing services are included in the total price of the order. You can also request proofreading or editing for an existing paper; in this case, our team will change up to 30% of your original text, if necessary.
Even though our team is doing their best to achieve a perfect result for all customers, we acknowledge there are cases when customers’ expectations might not be met. In such rare occasions, customers are allowed to request free revisions to their papers. Per our Revision Policy, the request should be submitted within 14 business days after the initial due date (the moment they receive the final product). Please make sure the revisions instructions align with the initial order details; otherwise, your revision request will be declined.

Nerdy Mates only cooperate with ENL writers as we believe that our customers, both English and non-English speakers, need writing and language guidance from professionals who have a perfect knowledge of the language. We hire writers from a variety of English speaking countries, so if there is a specific language requirement we need to meet, please make sure to include it in your order instructions.
All our writers have an extensive experience in writing academic works for school and college students. They have different education levels; we will assign the most appropriate writer to your order depending on your academic level. We want to make sure a dissertation is written by a specialist who is totally comfortable doing research and writing such a complex piece.
For your convenience, we developed a system that allows all customers to communicate with their writers directly through their Personal Dashboard. This way, we ensure the most effective cooperation between customers and their writers.

Payment, Plagiarism and Policies

All customers are eligible to apply for a partial or full refund in case they are not satisfied with the final product. Refund is only possible if the revisions have been requested and have not fixed the issue. Please note that refund is issued to customers on a case-by-case basis.
If a customer received a final product that needs additional revisions, we are happy to edit your paper for free per our Revision Policy. Please make sure to submit your paper within 14 days from your original deadline and keep the revision instructions consistent with the information and requirements provided in the order form.
Our company strictly abides by the rules and regulations of all educational institutions, one of which is that plagiarism in any type of academic work is strictly prohibited. Before releasing final papers to our customers, we thoroughly QA and scan them with advanced plagiarism tools to deliver fully original pieces of writing.
